4 frische Erdbeeren
3cl Puerto de Indias Strawberry Gin
3cl frischen Zitronensaft
2cl Zuckersirup
Erdbeeren im Shaker zerdrücken. Gin, Zitronensaft und Zuckersirup dazugeben und alles kräftig auf Eis shaken. Nun alles doppelt in ein Weinglas abseihen und mit SCAVI & RAY Prosecco Spumante DOC auffüllen.
