From 17 to 19 March, SCAVI & RAY and ACQUA MORELLI brought Italian flair to ProWein 2019 with their joint 95 square metre booth. More than 5,000 glasses of varying SCAVI & RAY products were tasted by the trade audience and over 17,000 bottles of ACQUA MORELLI were served. A total of more than 61,500 visitors from 142 countries attended the 25th anniversary of ProWein.
The six-meter-high booth of SCAVI & RAY and ACQUA MORELLI was designed in the style of an Italian piazza and a total crowd-puller. Customers and guests could feel as if they were in Italy – not only because of the visual appearance, but also because of the gastronomic offer: Over 5,000 glasses of Prosecco, sparkling wine aperitifs, like SCAVI & RAY Moscato or Lambrusco, grappa and wines as well as 17,000 bottles of ACQUA MORELLI were served to the trade audience during the three-day fair. A typical Italian trattoria was set up at the back of the booth. More than 2,500 portions of bruschetta and fresh truffle pasta from the Parmesan loaf with SCAVI & RAY Prosecco foam were served to the guests. The first 500 trade visitors and customers also received the limited SCAVI & RAY ProWein Prosecco bottle with strass label as a gift.

ACQUA MORELLI – the perfect Italian mineral water for wine
A good wine needs a fine mineral water, therefore ACQUA MORELLI provided a free mineral water service for more than 80 booths of other exhibitors with a total of 10,000 bottles. At their own booth, 7,000 bottles of premium water quenched the thirst of visitors and customers.
Over 6,900 exhibitors of wines and spirits were registered for this year’s ProWein. They represented 64 different nations, with the exhibition space clearly structured between ten different exhibition halls based on winegrowing country and region. No other event offers a comparable scale and scope.
